Types EKT-T47/V and EKT-T49/V have a skimming zone for collecting of starches and foams. Afterwards they are discharging through the overflow filter into the sewage system. Basket drainers are located on upper cooker surfaces. Pasta cookers are equipped with a drain valve and adjustable feet. At lines 600 and 700 TOP the enclosed outflow tube has to be connected to the drain valve to release water into a suitable vessel.
